Skincare and Facial (2 Days)

The hugely popular salon skincare and facial treatment. You will learn to perform a salon professional 1 hour facial with cleanse, tone, moisturise and face, neck and shoulder massage. More progressive courses are available on completion.

Course Content:

• Anatomy and physiology of the face and neck
• Skin structure and function
• Application of cleansers, toners, and moisturisers
• Massage and advanced massage techniques
• Application of exfoliators, masks and ampoules
• Steaming of the face and neck. Corrective and prescriptive treatments
• Treatment and extraction of comedones (blackheads) and milia (whiteheads)
• In-depth skin analysis and prescriptive treatments
• Contraindications to treatment
• Hygiene, sterilisation and aftercare. Product knowledge, costings and timings

Requirements: No previous experience required. All products, equipment and practical models are provided throughout.
