Pregnancy Massage is an intensive one-day course, which is designed to build upon your massage knowledge and expand your understanding of women’s experiences during pregnancy. This course is accredited by Associated Beauty Therapists (ABT). Dates and Times: This one-day course runs from 10am - 4.30pm and various dates are available to book to suit.
This course is held at our Head Office Training Academy on Melton Road West Bridgford, Nottingham. Free private car park and wholesale cash and carry onsite.
Content: This course focuses upon expanding your existing massage skills to the changing anatomy and physiology of the body. You will also learn how to deal with muscular aches and pains which are specific to pregnancy. The course also covers contraindications, infertility, labour, and natural ways to help the variety of problems that may be experienced during pregnancy. The course combines practical hands-on and theoretical learning.
Requirements: In order to take part in this pregnancy massage course, you must already have acquired a Level 3 Diploma in Body Massage (including Anatomy and Physiology). Qualification and Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a nationally and internationally recognised and accredited certificate.
